Toy version of the MoveWise trade-off — the real submission balanced a detailed £380K cost breakdown against Net Zero 2035 carbon-reduction modeling. AI smart routing reroutes the shuttle loop through the quieter east spine: a shorter circuit, faster laps, more carbon for the same fleet.

- Campus Mobility Design: Collaborated in a 7-member interdisciplinary team to design "MoveWise," an AI-powered campus transport ecosystem aligned with the university's Net Zero 2035 sustainability goals.
- Financial Modeling: Conducted extensive stakeholder research, carbon-reduction modeling, and technical feasibility reviews to produce an executive summary and a detailed £380K cost breakdown structure.
- Pitch & Delivery: Co-produced and delivered a high-impact project pitch video for industry judges, securing a position as a top-tier competition finalist.
